Returns & Refunds
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vines33. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@vines33.com.
Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
